Fratello Coffee Roasters — Shipping Policy Effective April 1, 2026
Free Shipping Thresholds We offer free shipping on coffee and tea orders across Canada when your order meets the minimum for your region:
- Alberta & Western Canada (BC, SK, MB): Free shipping on orders over CA$50
- Eastern Canada (ON, QC): Free shipping on orders over CA$80
- Territories & Newfoundland: Free shipping on orders over CA$100
Orders below the regional threshold are charged a flat CA$10 shipping fee.
Coffee Subscribers Active subscribers enjoy free shipping under the terms in place at the time of their subscription signup.
Processing & Delivery Orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region — Alberta orders ship via Deeleeo and typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Other provinces ship via FedEx, UPS, or Purolator.
